By using I'note, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
I'note is an AI-powered study tool that generates notes, flashcards, quizzes, and AI tutoring from user-uploaded PDF documents. The service is provided for personal, educational use.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may only upload documents you own or have the right to use. You may not use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, or violate any applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
AI-Generated Content
Study materials are generated by AI and may contain errors. I'note does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Do not rely solely on AI-generated notes for critical academic work.
Limitation of Liability
I'note is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
